Tuna Twist Casserole

Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) package pasta of your choice3 T. olive oil or margarine2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed1 garlic clove, minced1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup1 cup milk9 oz. mozzarella cheese (cheddar for more hearty flavor)black pepper to taste12 oz. canned tuna, drained
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain. In a large saucepan or skillet, saute vegetables and garlic in oil or margarine until crisp and tender. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, and pepper, stirring frequently until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta and tuna. Cook until heated through, 15 to 20 minutes.
