Wendy's Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
2.5 lbs extra lean ground beef (95% lean)3 cups of chopped onions2 tbsp light olive oil6 cloves of garlic, crushed or finely minced2 cups great value six bean salad, drained and rinsed2 cups great value dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 (398 ml) can great value baked beans in tomoto sauce1 cup finely chopped celery2 cups chopped carrots2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms1 can (796 ml) great value diced tomatoes.25 cup chopped green pepper1 tbsp Salsa medium3 tbsp chili powder or to own taste
Directions
Brown ground beef, onions and garlic in the olive oil. Place meat mixture in 6 qt crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 4 + hours. The longer the better.
