I don't ever eat enough fruit, and this is now my go to dessert! Just lightly sweet enough to the taste while still letting the natural tartness of the berries to come through and adding the vanilla gives it a nice kick! Yum Yum I loved it and have made it three times this week. So low in cals too! - 7/2/11

I use all kinds of fruit plus splenda instead of regular sugar. Top it off with a spoonful or two of Green Vanilla Yogurt. Great breakfast! We eat this 3 or 4 mornings a week. What a great way to start out your morning. - 6/30/10
