Chicken Potato Casserole

Ingredients
20 oz potato hash browns or 1.4 pounds of potatoes8 oz of mushrooms1 onion (large)1.5 tablespoons Garlic1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream1 pound chickenMrs. Dash Original Blend
Directions
Spray a 9x13 dish
Place the potatoes in the dish. I sprayed the top of the potatoes with spray also.
I put this in the Oven at 350 while I chopped the onion and mushrooms.
Mix the chopped onion and garlic together.
Pull the dish out of the oven and put the onion and garlic on top of the potatoes.
Put the chicken on top of the onions. I used tenders, so there were 8 pieces.
Mix the mushrooms and sour cream together and put on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle on Mrs. Dash and cook at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serving size is set at 4. 2 pieces of chicken and about a cup of the potato mixture.
