This soup is VERY healthy, no added fat and lots of veggies. It has a very thin broth, so is best served with bread. I loved the flavour! - 3/23/07

Soup was simple to make and good. I made double recipe. Only con was needed a lot more seasoning for my taste, but I would make it again and season it up again. - 2/28/17
