This is the first time I've ever submitted a recipe rating, but I can't believe how good this is -- it's the best mashed cauliflower recipe I've ever tried. It's hard to believe that anything that tastes this sinful is so low in calories. - 2/15/10

This is really yummy. I saved the broth to use in another recipe... and did not use any of the reserved broth in this dish. It was plenty moist and very yummy! - 2/16/12

I normally hate cauliflower but I was willing to try this based on the ratings and I was not disappointed! Will be making this again. - 6/23/14

lOVED IT! I would first process the cauliflower by itself without any of the liquid because mine didn't need the extra water. - 8/30/12

This was really yummy, it was a little runny, so I added some really chopped up pieces of cabbage to soak it up and give it some crunch. - 11/3/11

This was great. I added a bit of oregano as was serving with Italian sausage and some asiago cheese. It was great . Will make it again. It did take a bit more liquid that called for, and I added a bit of salt and pepper. - 9/16/11

thanks for the recipe! I knew it could be done but wasn't sure how! These tasted great - still a little cauliflower taste but we added a dollop of sour cream and it helped that a ton! We will definitely be making again...and again...and again! :) - 6/19/11
