Pepper-Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
8 cups cauliflower, cut into small even-sized florets2 Tblsp Soy sauce1/2 Tblsp Olive Oil1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper1 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 450F and place rack in the middle of oven. Combine soy sauce, oil, pepper and sugar and pour over cauliflower florets to coat. Allow to marinate 20 minutes. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and roast until tender and slightly blackened, about 20 mins.

Remove from oven and serve hot or at room temperature as a side dish or appetizer or snack.

Yeilds 8 servings 1 cup ea.
