Golash Over Rice

Ingredients
1 whole cabbage chopped up3 carrots shreaded1/2 pound of lean ground turkeySoy sauce (to taste)1 cup of cooked brown rice
Directions
1. Cut up cabbage and shread carrots

2. Brown turkey in skilet untill done

3. Mix cabbage and carrots into turkey and cook untill cabbage starts to wilt.

4. Add soy sauce to taste

5. Put over rice and enjoy!
