Healthy Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

2 lbs Top Round Steak cut up into 4 oz pieces1 onion sliced2 pkgs whole mushrooms, quartered1 can Health Valley Organic Cream of Mushroom Soup3/4 cup Low Sodium Beef BrothSalt and PepperMrs DashGarlic Powder3 cups Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta, Dry1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
Season meat on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Mrs Dash. Spread sliced onions across bottom of slow cooker, cover with steak pieces, then mushrooms.
Pour can of soup and 1/4 cup broth evenly over the top, and let cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 6. The last hour of cooking, add in the last 1/2 c. broth and dry pasta. Stir in sour cream and break up beef a little before serving.
