Tilapia Filet with Dill

Ingredients
4 oz Tilapia filet1 oz dry white wine1 tbs olive oil1 tbsn salted butter1/4 tspn dill weeddash black pepper
Directions
Recipe is for 1 serving. Use these ingredient amounts for every two filets.

Heat oil in flat-bottom skillet on medium heat. Add butter, dill weed and black pepper. Rinse filet with wine, place in pan "skin" side up. Saute for 2 minutes; turn carefully and cook for remaining 3 minutes.

Serve with rice and a green vegetable.
