Ingredients
1 pound dried split peas2 cups diced Jenni- O lean turkey ham1 1/2 cups diced carrots2 cups diced celery2 garlic cloves, minced1 medium onion, chopped2 bay leaves1/2 tsp marjoramsea salt t tasteblack pepper to taste5 cups boiling water1 cup skim milk
Directions
in a 5- quart slow cooker layer the first 11 ingredients exactly as they are listed

on high, cook for 4-5 hours

wen vegetables re cooked thoroughly, add 1 cup skim or soy milk * if you desire a thinner soup add more milk until it's the consistency you want*
