Ingredients
1 1/2 c. Chocolate Milk1/2 c. 1% Milk1/2 c. Silhouette Vanilla Yogurt2 Scoops Biggest Loser Chocolate Whey Powder1 Large Banana 2 c. Ice
Directions
Place all ingredients EXCEPT for 1c. of Ice in the blender and blend until smooth then add the additional cup of ice and blend!

trust me, save the cup of ice until the end and this will taste just like a banana milkshake!

You can freeze whatever you dont use and reblend throughout the day.
