Apricot walnut bread

1/2 c. chopped apricots1 c. white flour2 c. whole wheat flour2 T. melted butter1-1/2 c. skim milk1/4 c. egg substitute1/2 c. walnuts1 T. baking powder1/4 t. baking soda3/4 c. packed brown sugar
Chop apricots and set in hot water for 15 minutes. Mis all ingredients together and large bowl, pour into prepared pan and let sit for 15 minutes (about the time it takes to warm the oven) Put in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, check for doneness.
