Ingredients
* Tuna, Canned in Water, 5 can (remove) * *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 4 tbsp (remove) * Olive Oil, 14 grams (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
mix all ingredients together, and put on toasted bread. it is also really good if you add a little chopped red onion.

    I'm partial to Tuna mix/salad myself. I make something similar...one can of tuna with one tablespoon of regular mayo and one tablespoon or either sweet relish OR two tablespoons of bell peppers with a splash of lemon. And that makes two portions.. It's yummmmm! I'll have to try cumin seeds next time - 1/7/10
