Better Homes and Garden Hot Fudge Pudding cake

1 c. all-purpose flour2 T. unsweetened cocoa2 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. salt1/2 c. milk1/2 c. honey2 T. olive oil1 tsp. vanilla3/4 c. packed brown sugar1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder1 3/4 c. boiling water
1. Measure the flour, the 2 T. cocoa powder, the baking powder and salt into the baking pan. Stir with fork to mix well.
2. Add the milk, honey, oil and vanilla. Stir with the fork until smooth. Spread evening in the pan.
3. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 c. cocoa in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the batter. Pour the hot water over sugar and cocoa. Do Not Stir.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Mixture will form a cake and sauce in the pan.
5. Let cool 15 minutes.
