    great idea to use the crystal light instead of the carb-rich juices. However, if you add a small amount of juice you can get the vitamins and nutrients without sacrificing. Just be aware of adding a small amount such as 1/4 cup of UNSWEETENED natural juice. Using splenda, or sweet n low for flavr - 5/2/10
