Ingredients
4 Chicken Thighs - boneless, skinless1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix1 (8 oz) bottle r\Russian Salad Dressing1 (8 oz) jar Apricot Preserves - sugar freeSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper chicken. Place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Loosely cover with foil. Bake 1 hour and 15 miutes.
