Ingredients
1.5 Cups Lentils1 796ml Can Crushed Tomatoes1 Onion, Large - diced1 pkg (300g) Spinach, chopped & frozen4 cups Water2Tbsp Curry Powder
Directions
Thaw Spinach & dice onion. Rinse Lentils. Put all ingredients in the Crockpot and put on high for 4-6 hours.
