Leigh's Spagetti Sauce

Ingredients
* Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove) * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 7 cup (remove) * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)2 cloves minced garlic2 tsp italian seasoning
Directions
brown ground beef. drain and rinse. puree one can of diced tomatoes. Add everything into pot and simmer 1 hour.
