Ingredients
1 pkg. dry pinto beans1 pkg. dry mixed soup beans4 T chili powder2 T Oregano2 T Garlic salt2 T Cumin seed or ground cumin4 T Taco Sauce3 - 4 lb. pork roast
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large kettle filled 2/3 with water. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer until beans are tender. You can add all ingredients to a crockpot and let cook several hours, if desired.
I cooked my pork roast first then picked out on lean pieces and added to the mixture about 15 minutes before finished. This keeps excess fat from dish.

We like to eat with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, cheese and corn chips.
