Homemade Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
10 oz pkg of frozen Spinach, chopped1 cup of water1 can of artichokes (in water), drained1 tsp garlic powder3 oz neufchatel cheese3 tbsp parmesan, shredded1/2 tsp salt
Directions
In a large skillet with a lid, add spinach, water, artichokes, neufchatel cheese. On medium heat bring to a light boil. Cover. Simmer on low for about ten minutes. Add parmesan cheese & salt. Stir until creamy.
Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite bread.
