*I box sugar free/fat free pudding mix - I prefer cheese cake*3 - 5/6 oz containers of plain Greek Yogurt 0% fat*1/3 (one third) cup of non-fat milk or the amount needed for the consistency of pudding you prefer* 2 packages of equal or artificial sweetener of choice - optional
Put all the Greek yogurt in a medium size mixing bowl. Add pudding mix and equal/sweetener. Put half the milk in and stir until mixed. Gradually, add additional milk until you reach the consistency you prefer. Pudding will thicken.
