Avocado Lime Salsa

Ingredients
1 small avocado1 small onion1 medium tomato1/4 cup lime juice1/2 tbsp cilatro2 garlic cloves 1 tsp coarse salt or sea salt
Directions
Serves 4-6 depending upon actual size of fruits/veggies you use.

Dice avocado into 1/4 cubes after deseeding. Dice onion. Dice tomato.

Combine in medium bowl with lime juice, cilatro and salt. Grate or mash garlic cloves (I use my garlic grating plate to make a puree) and add to salsa.

Let stand for at least 1 hour, overnight is best. Add a dash of chili powder for a zip :)
