Ingredients
beef stew meat1 bottle v8 Spicy Hot Juice4 ribs of celery1 medium white onion3 peeled and diced potatoes1 can lima bean1 can sliced carrots1 can sweet peas1/2 head green cabbage, chopped16 ounces beef stock
Directions
boil beef stew meat, onions and celery in water until tender, add beef stock and a bottle of V8 Spicy Hot Juice. Add peeled and diced potatoes, can of sliced carrots, can of sweet peas, can of lima beans, and half a head of of chopped green cabbage. simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes, or until cabbage is cooked.
