Blueberry banana french toast

Ingredients
2 slices of Arnolds double fiber 100% Wheat bread1/2 cup of skim milk 1/4 cup of water2 teaspoons of benefiber 1 small banana5 tsp or packets of splenda or other sweetener1 large egg1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix together MIlk , egg , benefiber , and vanilla in a bowl

dip bread into bowl until thoroughly saturated

cook on pan sprayed with PAM , on med heat

Mix together blueberries , splenda , water ( add a little at a time as to not make it to watery ,)and sliced bananas to the frying pan after the french toast is done , cook on medium until saucy makes 1 serving
