Ingredients
3 cups Rolled Oats1 cup slivered almonds1 cup roasted & salted cashew pieces3/4 shredded sweetened coconut1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar1/4 cup Maple Syrup1/4 cup olive oil1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 250. Combine oats, nuts, coconut and brown sugar. In a separate bowl whisk together maple syrup, olive oil and vanilla. Pour maple syrup mixture over oat mixture and mix well. Spread evenly onto two cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. After you've baked it you can add raisins or dried fruit if you desire.
