White/Wheat Bread (1/8 loaf = 1 serving)

Ingredients
2 1/4 C. Warm Water3 Tbsp Brown Sugar2 Tbsp Yeast1/3 C. Unsweetened Applesauce1 Tbsp Salt3 C. Wheat Flour3 C. White Flour
Directions
Mix together: water, sugar, and yeast. Let rise until bubbly, then add applesauce, salt , and flour. Knead until soft consistency, cover, and let rise until at least doubled in size. Divide in half, form into two (2) rectangles, and place into bread pans (grease if necessary). Allow to rise again until higher than pans. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake another 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting.
