Low Sodium Taco Seasoning found here by APRILDAWN678
Take chicken and taco seasoning and place in ziplock baggie. Shake until well covered.
Place in baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes. Take out and sprinkle cheese on top. Place back in the oven for about 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Optional (not included in recipe)
I served with rice. Added 1-2 tbs. of low fat sour cream and 1-2 tbsp. of salsa. Can also use other veggies and chips and make it into a taco salad.
