Ingredients
1# ground turkey lean 93% 1/2 cup onions chopped1 16 oz can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)1 16 oz can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)1 can 28 oz chopped diced tomatos1 tablesp chilli powder1/2 cup salsa1 tablesp cumin
Directions
brown turkey, then add and cook onions til tender
add beans, tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin, and salsa
cook until hot
serve with cooked pasta or baked potato (not included in calorie counter)
