Skim milk, banana, peanut butter.
.5 cup of ice. 1.5 cups of milk, 1 medium banana (i suggest cutting it into forths or something like that), and 1.5 teaspones of honey peanutbutter (i have no clue where to find this. My dad says fredmeyers though, and its jsut like regular peanutbutter but sweeter...) all together in the blender. Blend until you are satisfied.
