Ingredients
Orange Juice, 0.5 cup ()Grapefruit Juice, 0.25 cup ()Garlic, 3 cloves ()Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper ()Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp ()Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (chopped)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp ()balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon ()Lime Juice, 15 mL ()*Cumin seed, 2 tsp ()Oregano, ground, 2 tsp ()Salt, 1 tsp ()Pepper, black, 1 tsp ()Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (cut into thick strips)
Directions
Mix marinade well and pour over chicken strips. Marinade overnight. BBQ or grill for best flavor.
Serve with yellow rice and a fruit salad made with mango and strawberries.
