Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch (remove)Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)Scallions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, canned, .75 cup (remove)*Pork Ribs, country style, 16 oz (remove)Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove)Corn Starch, .1 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Chop vegetables and meat into bite sized pieces. Heat oil in frying pan, stir-fry meat until done, add vegetables, stir-fry until tender-crisp. Mix water, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch together and pour over stir-fry and heat until thickened.
