Sprouted Spelt Carob Chip & Cocoa Brownies

Ingredients
1/4 c. organic butter 3/4 c. Sucanat 1/2 c. maple syrup 2 eggs 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/4 c. cocoa powder 1/4 c. carob powder 1 1/4 c. Sprouted Spelt Flour a pinch of baking powder 2/3 c. carob chips
Directions
Cream together:
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. Sucanat
1/2 c. maple syrup or honey
Whip in:
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. carob powder
Stir in:
1 1/4 c. Sprouted Spelt Flour
a pinch of baking powder
2/3 c. carob chips

Spread evenly into a 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 greased pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
