wholewheat pasta 1 cup 40g of cauliflour 40g of broccoli 10g of cornflour 220g of semi skimmed milk 40g of edam cheese 1 cup of mixt salad and 20g of baby spinich
Directions
cook 1 cup pasta as packet instructs steam 40g cauliflour and 40g of broccoli heat 220g of semi skimmed milk then mix in 10g of cornflour till sauce thickens stirring constant stir 30g of grated edam cheese until melt place the steamed vegetables into a heat proof dish along with pasta pour over cheese sauce then preheat oven 200c to 400f gas mark 6 until browned then sprinkle 10g of edam cheese on top then ass a side you have the mixt sal and baby spinich lovely
