Egyptian Breakfast (fava beans)

2 14 oz cans fava beans1 14 oz can diced tomatoes3 Tbsp olive oil1/2 cup lemon juice (to taste)cumin to tastesalt to taste
Heat beans with juice from can. Drain beans and transfer to a medium bowl. Mash beans with potato masher. Add olive oil, lemon juice, cumin and salt to taste. Mix in diced tomatoes. Serve with warm pita bread and feta cheese (optional).
