sky's potato salad

Ingredients
3 lg potatos-peeled & diced1 sm. onion-diced1 large pickle-cut out seeds & diced.1/4 c. dijon mustard1/2 c. yellow mustard1/4 c. light mayo.
Directions
Boil diced potatos for one hour. Rinse potatos in cold water for 3-5 min. Mix all ingredients together well. Place in fridge to serve cold. Serves 8 (one cup).
