spray frying pan with 1cal oliv oil when hot fry 50g mushrooms beat 2 medioum eggs with 2tbs of semi skimmed milk then add to the pan cook till eggs have almost set then add 20g of edam cheese serve with 100g of leaf sal and a 45g of french bread
