Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients
1/3 cup splenda3 Tbsp. Minute Tapioca2 3/4 cup skim milk1 large egg1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix sugar, tapioca, mild and engg in saucepan. Lt stand 5 minute.

Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until mixture come to a full boil.

Remove from heat.

Stir in vanilla

Makes 6 1/2 cup servings

    I make tapioca pudding like this a lot. I have a huge sweet tooth and this satisfies me every time, especially warm! Warm pudding sounds weird, but trust me, its delicious! 1 thing, make sure you actually constantly stir it or I will burn and not turn out well. Learned that the hard way! - 1/4/13
