Ingredients
93/7 ground turkey, 20 oz Budweiser Smoked BBQ Sauce, 2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Original Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp Lipton Onion Soup Mix 4 tbsp per package, 4 tbsp Onion (Yellow), 2 med, raw, choppedGarlic, minced (ready to use), 1.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp Egg Beaters Liquid Egg Substitute, 0.5 cup Progresso Italian Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup, 2 serving Roma tomatoes, 0.5 cup Onion, red (raw), 2 tbsp French's Spicy Brown Mustard, 4 tsp Oroweat SandwichThins (100% Whole Wheat), 5 serving Cheese - Pepper Jack Sliced, 5 serving fresh baby spinach
Directions
Mix turkey and next 8 ingredients together and form into patty. We grilled this on a George Foreman grill for 15 to 20 minutes. When done, make burgers with your favorite toppings. We used fresh tomatoes, red onions, pepper jack sliced cheese, and fresh baby spinach on Oroweat whole wheat sandwich thin buns.
