8oz Chicken Tenderloin1/2 tsp paprika1/8 tsp salt1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp dried thyme1/8 tsp pepper1/8 tsp onion powder1/8 tsp garlic salt
Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease baking sheet, heat cast iron skillet
Mix spices together in a bowl.
In another bowl add olive oil. Rub oil on chicken, dip in spice and place on skillet. Cook for 1 minute per side. Transfer to baking sheet. Place in oven for 5-10 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165
