Vege Rice Pasta Spirals with Tomato Salsa & Tuna

Ingredients
250gm Orgran Vegetable Rice Pasta Spirals250gm Fresh Cherry Tomatoes, chopped1 medium Red Onion, chopped2 cloves Garlic, crushed1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, shredded425 gm Tuna in Springwater, drained & flaked1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
1. Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender, drain, keep warm.

2. Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, tuna, & vinegar in large bowl. Add pasta & toss to combine.

Serves 4

Note: Left-overs can be keeped in a sealed container for the next day's lunch or dinner. :O) ENJOY
