Cajun Haddock

Ingredients
1 Haddock fillet (3-3oz pieces)1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp oregano flakes1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp black pepperdash of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix seasonings. Rub seasonings into one side of the haddock portions.

Cook fish, spice down, on stove top in an oven proof skillet for 2 minutes.

Flip fish and bake in the oven for 5 mins or until fish is flakey.
