Ingredients
1 cup - WestSoy Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Milk1/3 cup - Naturade 100% Soy Protein Powder - Natural Flavor1/2 cup - Butterworks Farm Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt1/2 cup - Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
Directions
place all ingredients in a blender (start with strawberries, then add protein powder, yogurt and soy milk) blend until smooth


Breakfast on the go! (you can add a side slice of whole grain toast for some extra whole grain carb)


This is good with frozen blueberries, or fresh bananas too (the nutritional values may be somewhat different)
