Chicken breast 4 ozCarrots shredded 0.25 cupApple (granny smith) grated 100 grWalnuts 1ozMayonnaise 1 tbs ( or Greek yogurt)Black PepperLemon Juice
Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked and cool completely. Grate or shred, whichever you prefer. Add peeled and grated apple, shredded carrots, walnuts, lemon juice and mayo. Mix well. I only use mayo for a tad of creaminess, shouldn't swim in it.
