Oven or Microwave Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti

1 MEDIUM Spaghetti Squash (you will need 3 cups of center)3 CUPS Hunt's Classic Italian Four Cheese Spaghetti Sauce, 3 cup;as desired1 CUP Green Peppers (bell peppers)*, diced 1 cup 4 WEDGES Fresh Tomatoes -diced3 TSP GARLIC SALT, as desired4 oz Hamburger - 96% Extra Lean Ground Beef, or Turkey meat1/4 CUP Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese, as desired
Preheat oven to 350degrees
Cut the spaghetti squash in half
Remove seeds
Place in oven safe dish with cut side up.
Add water to cover the bottom of pan by 1/4. (for this receipe I only used one half of the squash but did cook both at once). Place in oven
Brown the ground beef (turkey meat) in skillet
Drain grease off meat; add garlic, tomatoes, green peppers to meat mix
Heat sauce on the side or add to the meat mix above at this time
Once your spaghetti Squash is soft in oven-let it cool 10-15 min. Then rake with a fork the center of squash.
MAGIC it is noodles, and lots of them.
Assembly in layers. Noodles, meat mix, sauce and top with the parmesan cheese.

I actually just assembled it on the plates as I went to put on the table to serve-but of coarse you can put on platters etc.
Also, to speed up the meal, you can microwave your squash-just wrap plastic wrap over before putting in microwave dish with the water. Cook 7-10 min.
