Stacy's Venison-Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 can of Progresso soup (Rich and Hearty steak and vegetable)1 can La Choy Bamboo Shoots1 16 oz bag of frozen fresh Vegetable Stir Fry Vegetable mix6 oz of Venison Tenderloin, cut into small strips or cubes1.5 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 TBS Chopped Onion or dried onion
Directions
in a 2 quart cooking pot, add the oil, onions, bamboo shoots, and venison. Cook on medium high while stirring until venison is completely cooked (about 10 minutes) after the venison is cooked, add in the soup and frozen vegetables. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
