1 lb. ground turkey 1 tspn of lemon pepper 1 tspn of garlic powder 1 regular size can of original rotella diced tomatoes
take one pound of ground turkey add one cup drained origenal rotella tomatoes save juice for later 1 TSPN OF GARLIC POWDER 1 TSPN of lemon pepper mix well together make 4oz. patties cook on electric grill like a george forman till patties reaches 180 degrees one patty per serving should be able to get 6 servings then cook up 2 cups of white rice drain take remaining rotella tomatoe juice and pour over 1/4 serving of served rice with any vegitable of your choosing serve and enjoy.
