Grilled Brushetta Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 cup Kraft Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette dressing, 4 chicken breasts1 tomato, finely chopped1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded1/4 cup fresh basil or 1 tsp of dried basil2 TBSP of same dressing
Directions
Marinade chicken in the dressing for at least one hour. I like to do this overnight or even to do around lunch time so its ready around dinner.

Place large sheet of foil over 1/2 the grill, preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chicken on uncovered part of grill for 6 min. Meanwhile combine tomatoes, cheese, basil and 2TBSP of dressing.

Turn chicken over, place cooked side up on foil side of grill. Top with Tomato mixture. Close an additional 8 min or until chicken is cooked.
