Campbells Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
8 oz barilla plus spaghetti2 cups fresh (or frozen) broccoli flowerets1 tsp olive oil1 pound skinless boneless chicken, cut into bite size pieces2 cans (10 3/4 oz) campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup3/4 cup skim milk6 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheesepepper and Italian seasoning
Directions
Prepare the pasta, adding the broccoli for the last 3 minutes of cooking time, drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with Italian seasoning and pepper to taste and cook in the hot oil until well browned, stirring often.

Add the soup, milk, cheese, and 1/4 tsp pepper to the chicken, stirring until smooth. Add the spaghetti/broccoli, stir to coat, cook until mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.

Serve with additional parmesan if desired (not included in nutritional analysis)
