Ingredients
!/2 cup watersalt & pepper to tasteOnions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, gratedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, large choppedGarlic, 1 clove, mincedBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Pasta, cooked, 2 oz Chicken Broth, 1 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
Directions
1. simmer 1st 6 ingredients together for 10 minutes.
2. transfer to blender, add broccoli, blend on high.
3. then add stock & cream, blend again.

4 large servings.

    There is something wrong with this recipe. It never tells you what to do with the pasta. Because the broccoli does not cook, it stays kind of gritty. I would not make it again. - 7/13/11
